Hi everyone, I really hope you can help me.

I had Symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD), in my previous pregnancy (my first and only pregnancy). It was overseas and luckily I was recommended an awesome physiotherapist early on who provided me with exercises to manage the pain and whenever I had issues I would go to her and she'd "fix" me.

Now we're thinking of baby #2 and I need recommendations for someone as awesome as her in Melbourne.

Has anyone had SPD or pelvic girdle pain (PGP) and can recommend a physiotherapist/clinic in CBD/South Eastern suburbs that helped with the pain? I'm looking specifically for someone who won't just say "take pain killer and wear a belt for support". But rather for incidents where due to wrong movement the pelvic bone would move and the physiotherapist would push it back into place.

Thanks everyone.
