Can someone give me some feedback or advice on how to deal with a very difficult 10-year old who has ADHD and behavioural traits of autism who does not get along with her 3-year-old younger brother who she wishes was a girl and just gives him a hard time constantly... She is beyond mean to him and it's heartbreaking to witness & #128532 ;
