Advice Needed: Long Hour Childcare

I am a single parent of a 10-month-old baby looking to return to work, as after the lockdown I will finish my parental leave.
I work on a rotating roster, my working days are irregular, the earliest shift Mon-Fri starts at 7am and latest shift finish at 10pm, and shifts on weekends finish at 10pm.
My baby is 100% under my care.
What are the options of child care? Is there any child care centres or family day care that cater for these kind of hours?
