The parkland that the railway is built on will be landscaped to incorporate picturesque native gardens, water features, indigenous food gardens, walking trails, playgrounds, a garden railway, and other children's activities. The club's members are drawn from all ages and walks of life. Its various activities will not only provide recreation but also the opportunity to exercise rarely used engineering and trade skills. There will be something for everyone, from landscaping to trade-based skills, and engineering.
