I come from south asian background ehere marriage is a nig glamorous affair ever since i got married they just want to grab gifts . They use my husband as an ATM machine. I have always supported my husband in whatever he wanted to do for them. We dont live with them but whenever we visit them we buy loads of gifts. I know how they are and always try to warn my husband. My father in law always instigates my husband against my parents and me. Infront of my husband my inlaws are sweet abuse and bitch about me behind his back. When my inlaws come to visit us they look for opportunities to create dramas. In 11 years of marriage i have been affected emotionally. They have stolen my jewellery and my dad has been kind enough to let them go without filing police complaint at my husband request. My husband does not openly admits or acknowledge about these wrong doings.He says im assuming. I have been mentally impacted a lot i try meditation its very hard to not think about their actions. I.have an autistic child i cant raise him alone hencecouldn't divorce its not an option right now. Are there any techniques to mentally detach from these thoughts and increase my focus on me asnd my son. No negative comments please. Any positive advise appreciated
