Quitting your job without having another lined up.
Im very unhappy at my work for a long time now. Im at the point i want to resign but ive been applying for job and many times cant even take time off work to go to interviews. Im scared to hand in my resignation and just know that i currently dont have a job lined up. Anyone else been in this situation and know this feeling. I dont want to stay at work, im leaving due to my family being effected by my work life which i do long hours and no job satisfaction and i take it out at home. Any advise would help. Thank you.
