Temperature monitoring at daycare

I and my husband both working in this pandemic situation. I work in healthcare, he does not have permission to work from home yet. The child care my child goes, has new rule to check temperature of every child and workers before start, and if it's above 37.5 c, they are not allowed to stay (because of Corona they say). So, last day my child was sent home midday, as they assumed my child was sick and told me they found varying temperature sometimes 37.6 sometimes 37.9,although it was around 37 when my child entered. When I received my child, she was completely active playing, no cough, no runny nose, I checked temp at home 36.6 (She was not sick before or even for few days after this). They did not give me any written evidence of her temperature monitoring. Now I am feeling anxious they going to do this again. Anyone facing the same problem? Where else can I raise this issue as the manager is not cooperative? The demand at my work has increased these days and it is not feasible to take sudden leave on the basis of a false assumption.
