They're serving up fresh, actual gluten free grub, and there'll be demonstrations by clever cooks showing you how to whip up a feast without the usual suspects. For the ankle biters, there's a dedicated kids' area to burn off some energy, plus other bits of entertainment to keep everyone else from getting bored.
